That was some weather we had. I was in your neck of the woods Saturday morning, had to go to Salem for a couple of things. I guess after the fog finally burnt off it got real nasty down there. I was back in WV by the time all that broke loose, and all we got was some high wind and heavy rain. You must have gotten a good bit of rain too, I live on the New River and it has been running mighty high from all the run off you are sending us.

we missed the real excitement by about three miles. my oldest son lives in the area ot town that was hit. it just kinda sideswiped him. took the roof off the house and blew away his shed and mower. don't know if power's back on yet but they're still boilin' water til further notice. here we got lots of wind, rain, and hail the size of nickels but other than a coupla shingles no damage. yeh, that ol' river gets high and brown ever'time anything weatherwise happens in the area. glad ya made out ok on yer run thru the area. take care, peace out, and have a good'en neighbor, bubba.
