I wrote a few days ago about having trouble with my legs, and the doc's thought they had it figured out.  They didn't.   :-\  What happened was far worse.  My potassium dropped to 1.4, I was paralyzed from the waist down, and spent 3 days in the Cardiac ICU. All was due to a high sensitivity on my part to a new BP medicine.  The endocrinologist told me he's never seen a potassium that low in a patient with a beating heart.  :o  It was so bad that I had to stay in the ER for 9 hours because the ICU was full and no one else would take me.  It's pretty bad when the hospital says you're too sick to admit, lol.  All is well now though.  I think that prayers you all sent up really helped, as on  paper I should be dead, but in fact I'm now as healthy as I've ever been!

Wow. Glad to hear you're OK.

Life takes us down bumpy roads sometimes.

I've had some pretty bad reactions to meds so I can sure feel for you. Hang tough and glad you went in and are doing better. Friends are way to valuable to lose.
