New to me 50cal traditions rifle
« on: March 31, 2011, 01:32:33 PM »
I puirchased three blackpowder used rifles. One of them is a traditions that needs a nipple, the part that screws into the rear of the barrel were the primer goes.  Where can i get a new one.  I notice the two tabs that holds the primer, one is cracked off and missing. I need the whole new plug to repair it.  I purchased three blackpowder rifles with accessories for $100 and one of them is a newer winchester in stainless.  But I want to make sure all three are in working order.   bill

1911crazy,

It would help, if you posted which make (ex. Traditions, Winchester, etc.) and model (ex. Tracker, etc.) rifle you have, then ask questions regarding each rifle. I have no idea which rifle, model you own.

My quandary, I personally, don't think I have enough Handi's but, I know I have more Handi's than I really need or should have.
