Any Info on this Wesson?

Ser # 44SOO 6xxx.  8" bbl, cyl lockup is real tight, didn't see much use.  I couldn't find a # on it other than above.  A fair value would be a help too.  thanks, guys!

Looks to be a model 744. 8'',vent heavy in .44 caliber. Pachmayer grips. Does it have any of the tools to change the barrel? Or original box? As is, I'd say at least $500. If the original box and tool are with it, close to $600. Is it a Monson,Ma or a Palmer,Ma manufacture? Most Wesson fans like the Monson models better, as it seems the quality control was better. I wish I had my old one back, as it was, without a doubt, the most accurate revolver I ever owned. A friend of mine talked me out of it, and now he refuses to sell it back to me. gypsyman

I didn't see any city town on it when I took pics, according to ser# info on Wesson forum I found after posting here, made circa 1989, that tell you anything?

Look on the right hand side,(opposite of your first picture),and city of manufacture should be next to serial number. gypsyman

It is a shame that you have to jump through such hoopes.  I am "Classified - Banned" because I have too much stuff to sell and was deamed a business.
