I have heard nothing but good about the bergara barrels but don't own any. I might get one of their muzzleloader barrels one of these days but don't know. Those barrels you have there are keepers for sure wallacem. You could probably get any used forearm sand it out and bed it to barrel pretty easy and it might make it shoot even better.

I've had a 30-06 stainless Bergera for 2 years. It fit perfect and shoots my handloaded 180 gr. Hornadys at moa. I have to full length size the cases as just neck sizing results in a pretty tight fit.
Anyway I just sold it and am looking for a 35 Whelen to play with.
