Last day of Spring Gobbler in Va
« on: May 13, 2011, 12:01:03 PM »
Tomorrow ends our season. According to the weather gurus, it supposed to be raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock. This ole boy is probably gonna sleep in tomorrow...maybe.

Hope those who still have seasons going on are successful.

I didn't get out at all this year - must be getting lazy in my old age.  I'v got some pretty good land in Culpeper, but it's off the road and I don't like to go in if it's too muddy.

With two birds down I'm not sure if I'm gonna brave the weather either. I never like to make up my mind the night before though....I'll get up and see what it's like in the morning, would hate to miss the last day knowing I gotta wait another year for the next spring turkey hunt.  :-\
