Whats the best thing to spray brush and ferns with? I have a problem with brush along roads and also want to keep the ferns down is some places. I have sprayed a little roundup on them with mixed results. There should be something better...

I use 2,4-D which I get at Ace Hardware. It's cheap and works like a champ.
Roundup doesn't work well on broad leaf plants for me.
