Armi sport 223-12 ga. over under

I have come upon an opportunity to purchase an Armi Sport over under 223/12 ga.  It is a beautiful gun with beautiful grained wood and an engraved receiver.  The problem is, I don't know if it is a reputable gun, or can I find an estimate of it's value. 
 
Are any of you guys familiar with this firearm?

The only thing I know is that Armi is part of Chiappa.
