I started at 74grs and ended at 77grs one below max for RL-19, 74 and 75 grs were ok at best 76 got better and you tell me if 77 was any good 4 shots @ 100yds.
My next bullet in line to try is a Barnes 160gr will see!!!!

Some things to know if you wish Barnes bullets to shoot well:
1. Start with a VERY clean barrel.
2. They like a little jump before hitting the lands.
3. Push them hard. They frequently don't do well with light loads though there are exceptions to this.
4. I've found that crimping the TSX and Banded solids in the appropriate groove with a Lee Factory Crimp Die improves accuracy. They're one of the few bullets I crimp routinely.
