I'd say your potential problems are not accuracy, unless you are benchresting, but pressure signs. Get a micrometer and mike the cases just ahead of the web between the two, loose and tight primer pockets. Then check for length between the two. If the cases are not stretched you don't have a problem. If they are I'd toss those cases.
I've had the same phenomona in my 8mm-06 with brass that I know wasn't overloaded. It was also between CCI and Remington primers. Fired them again and miked them and saw no difference, I still use them. I'm not accurate enough to determine if those cases make a difference in accuracy, but I don't think so. I do segregate them and shoot them together, so I might not know.
