Not exactly the info you were looking for, but maybe it will get you going in the right direction. I was having some problems with my '97 and called Coyote Cap and he was very helpful.

Pard,. 'fraid Jax is right! Lessen yer danged good at smithin yer best off lettin a good 97 man dew yer werk on 'em.

Ah got a 97 wat wuz werked over by Coyote Cap. 'N ah 'cn tell ya, they ain't no one duz better werk on a 97 than ol' Cap! When Ah got it back frum Cap, Ah could take the forearm betwixt my forefinger 'n my middle finger 'n werk the action slicker 'n goose grease! Had him put in a choke system too, 'n now Ah gots me a pump gun that'll do double dooty as a CAS gun 'n a huntin weapon too!
