Nothing is being said, because with the plant shut down there is no catastrophic issues with the high water.
1. Plant shut down, not currently in operation.
2. Stand a lone power supply, needed to maintain cooling in the event of a power outage, is above projected water levels.
3. The reason for the so called level four emergency was totally unrelated to the water level. It was due to an electrical fire, and that emergency has been handled.

A great job of anti-nuclear sensationalism reporting. Note: The splashed blood behind the pictures in the video. Also the pictures of a levee somewhere else failing, and the pictures of the failed Japanese power plant destruction, caused by a Tsunami. This video was produced to create fear and distrust amongst the people living near this power plant. As for the expert, you can always find a renowned expert to say any thing you want them to say for money, or a few minutes of fame. I've been called to give expert opinions before, and in a few cases they handed me a script of what they wanted me to say. Then offered me a big bonus to say it. I refused those jobs. At which point they went out and found someone else they claimed to be an expert to say what they wanted them to say.
