I have one that I switch back and forth on 2 different 220 frames. Never had any problems with it and is still fun to shoot.

I just got one for my 220!
Only have a couple boxes thru it so far but it's accurate. I'm easily able to keep all rounds in the black of a B3 50' pistol target. Even shooting fast.

I tried some STD velocity rounds and they will not reliably feed not enough "umph" but hi speed federals and rem golden's are just fine!!

I have it on my P220.  Works just fine on most ammo, now that I have a few thousand rounds through it.  I like the jacketed or plated stuff the best because it doesn't lead foul the muzzle.  Real fun to shoot and pretty accurate too.

I've had mine now for over a month. Very pleased. Prices have dropped substantially, I paid $279.
Mine is very accurate and reliable. Seems to prefer the cheap stuff, Wildcat & Blazer seem to be the best so far. It also shoots Stingers extremely well, something that my Mark II won't do.
What has really impressed me is how clean the bore stays. Last time out I shot over 300 rounds and seven brands of ammo, plated and plain lead, and there was no fouling in the chamber or barrel. I just cleaned the breach area and oiled it up and it's ready to go.
Two thumbs up.

Do they work on the 220 Sport?  Has anyone tried it?

Not sure.  You might ask the question over on the Sig Forum.  Those guys are real knowledgeable over there about everything Sig.
