Would you give the same speech to an opponent of California's prop 8? It was what the majority of California voters wanted but somehow the minority got their way. Exactly Lakota! A democracy is mob rule, and leads to tyranny by majority.  The reason the framers set up a Constitutional Republic, so as to protect the minority's God given, unalienable rights.
