Because of the crazy weather this spring, too wet and cold and then right to hot and dry my French Breakfast radishes were five inches long and pithy in the middle as well as going to seed. I pulled them and planted a row of cilantro in their place. It turns out that I might have acted too soon. I went to the local farmer's market this morning and found radish seed pods on sale. Didn't taste too bad at all. Something I might try nest year.
