Just got off the phone with these extraordinary people!  I've got the front screw for an ISGW rear sight for my 353 and a Premier rear sight for my 500WE on the way... ;D

It only gets better.   Five (5) days later, with a weekend and a holiday included, and we have the rear sight and extra screws (at no extra charge) in hand.
