B&L Balvar on TC Contender

I am wanting to mount a Bausch and Lomb Balvar 8 on my contender, G2 barrel. where can I find a mount/base assembly that might work? probably have to take a tc contender mount and modify it to accept proper adjustable mounts.

I have some rings and  bases for a F.N. Mauser that you could use to fabricate a base for your T.C.
 
I am in Calgary Alberta.
