Kids gone hog wild

They all got their first hogs on Sunday.   :o
 
All with Marlin Lever Actions, from left to right:
.357 Mag., 30-30, 44 Mag., 308MX

BBQ this weekend.   8)

Stewart...good to see you back.  Great to hear these kids had a positive first encounter.  You put them on those pigs?  good darn piggy place and real nice sizes too.

Fishin season is winding up now as the waters are heating up, and the migrations have mostly peaked and are waning, so I'm switchin gears to hunting again.
I had my brothers and their kids in town from overseas, haven't seen them them in 3 years. They were all itchin for a hog hunt with Unc. Stu. I send them pics via emails all the time and they were wanting to hunt pretty bad. We got 7, kept 3, and donated 4 to the local Big Cat rescue center. It was a great day that they will remember for a long time.
