missouri gov. nixon signed the above,which among other things, allows machine gun ,silencer,short barreled rifles and shotguns legal in mo. within the framework of federal law. this was passed by large majorities in both mo. house and senate.

silencers have BEEN legal... as far as I know the rest have been too if the tax stamp and background check are completed. what actually changed, the definition and boundaries of the "legal" weapons, or procurement procedures for paperwork and taxation?
