Will a 1 in 8 twist work with 120 to 130 gr. bullets.

No worries with a 1:8 twist.
I have a M673 Guide rifle in 6.5mm Rem Mag. The factory twist is 1:9 an d she is quite the shooter with the 130 gr AB.
