I found one article that says the trail has been moved to the Allen Co. Fairgrounds and is scheduled for Labor Day weekend.  I didn't find much detail so you might want to verify this information before loading up the hounds and heading south on I-75.

they have them at the johnstown swappers day labor day weekend as well.  not sure how far that is from you though.  I go to it every year.
