I sent in a couple model 97's for adjustment and a 45 ACP cylinder about a month ago. Without going thru the details the service I experienced was well beyond what anyone could expect, they really took care of me too well. There have been a few comments around lately regarding FA and I can assure any doubters they are totally unfounded.
