NEW NO-ROLL MARK .38 SUPER
« on: August 11, 2011, 04:07:07 AM »
Started life as a regular Colt Commander .38super.
Vandenberg redid theguts and put on a no-roll mark slide.
Was to be  engraved--alas--but since it was not, James Willis blued it for me. Pictures just don't do the blueing justification.
He polished the sides and left the top alone (no glare).
Sights are on--Heinie Slant Pros.
I am proud of the results.
Blessings

Very nice William, I really like the grips. How does she shoot?

Too hot in Texas to tell or do. I am witing for a nice cool 90 degree day---November--Maybe.
If I ever get the hots to engrave it again--the no roll mark would be a heck of a canvas.
Blessings
