When I had my last Benjamin 392 pellet rifle in 2009, I considered getting a rear Lyman peep sight for it, several of the customer reviews had criticism about how annoying it was to adjust for the proper sight as the mounting screws had to be turned to adjust for windage/elevation, etc. I see that shooters have used it in some of the photos in books and magazines, so it must not be too bad.
I bought another 392 and am considering putting one on. Are they really as good as some have said, or as poor as a few critics have noted?
If it has worked for you, any tricks to mounting and using them?
Thanks.
