Case length too short
« on: August 24, 2011, 11:40:34 AM »
I just bought a bag of 50 Winchester factory cases for a 7mm-08.  About a third of them are shorter than the recommended length of 2.025 by 3 to 4 thousandths.  What do you guys do about cases that are too short?

Just load and shoot them. After a firing or two they will be too long and need trimmed and then you can trim them all to same length. That few thousands is no biggie.
