A cop at work today showed me a scope I've never seen before. He's had it or a while but has no history on it. The glass is very clear and it has a fine cross hair. The power is 3x9. It has a thin silver ring n the front rectical. There are white markings on the scope the first being a shield with a wavy lines from top right to bottom left with a "U" in the upper left and a "D" on the lower right there's also a "Japan" and a diamond with an "E" in it. Can you ID this scope and let me know any info on it? Thanks.
