I thought I heard on the radio news today that all the Dept. heads involved with the ATF running guns into mexico with Operation Fast and Furious were all given promotions. Can anybody confirm or deny this?

Yep, they got the promotions. But, luckily, a Sen. from Tx., John Cornyn,(R), has put a monkey wrench into the works.He's demanding an investagation into the matter. Seems it doesn't sit right with him, that pushing sales to illegals, and having a border patrol agent killed with one of the guns, should go unpunished!!gypsyman

  Yes it's true. That's the way it works in the ATF, CIA, FBI, FTC, FDA and all the other alphabet agencies. What will it take for Americans to wake up?  :-\
