My rendition of a Cheroot.

Here is one I started today. From my knife making experience I know that a 5" handle is most comfortable for most people. This one is 5 1/8 inches long, 1 5/8 at it's thickest, 1 1/8 at the muzzle, bored and reamed to .50 cal. to 4 1/8" The "trunnion" is half an inch and as soon as I have it affixed I will bore the vent. It will sit nicely on 15/16ths shaft, or as I intend, turning one in the wood lathe and seat it properly.

I think we are going to need a Cheroot thread soon.... so far we have 3 people who have made them
