You have a phone, use it. You have friends, have them voice themselves. Momentum is the key to being noticed.  It a freaking shame what this country has done to itself. no politician is capable of doing this on his or her own. We are the majority, we are the citizens, not subjects. We have not forgot what our forefathers have fought for. And we will fight for our rights

In California if you vote your rights, California judges overthrow you election results, and declare you inept, incompetent voters, and nullify the election results, and you apparently can do nothing about it. California has numerous props to validate this statement. California residences voted them into law. And then a California judge (judge meaning 1 judge) declared them unconstitutional, and took them off the books, and that was the end of it.

Well, yes and no.  My guess from being an avid reader of the text of bills, especially initiatives put on the ballot by gathering signatures, is that a good 2/3 of the initiatives are so poorly written that they should never have made it onto the ballot in the first place.

Right off the bat I can't think of any statewide initiatives that have been about guns.

Not quite sure what you are thanking me for, but you are welcome.

Here is a really important link:  Official CA Legislative Information

Every citizen of CA should have that bookmarked.
