Synthetic Stock Question
« on: August 28, 2011, 07:00:23 AM »
Does H&R sell the camo synthetic stock set as an accesory?

Plus I noticed that the 7mm 08 superlight barrel may be available....does this take a special forearm or does the standard fit? (I did a search on this one but couldn't find it).

Thanks,

Dirt

A standard forearm will fit and work fine. You may see a small gap between the forearm and barrel on each side of the barrel but it is of no worry and is in fact a sort of "free float" and it will work just fine....<><.... :)

Yes, see the retail parts page in the FAQs, there's more than one style.

Tim, can you please do this idiot a kind favor.  I have never been able to find the retail parts page in the FAQs, and I've been through them a half million times.  Can you please post a link.

Thanks,

Pete

It's pretty hard to miss even if you don't use the page search, it's in big red letters!!  Maybe ya need to use the magnifier that comes with Windows, it's for old people, ya know!!  ;D ;D ;D

Tim,

Kinda felt stupid when I found out it was in LARGE RED LETTERS.

Again thanks for the info and sent in frame today... Was told no there was no need to send in stock and forearm as I was purchasing new camo set.

Thanks
