RCBS Lube Matic 2 - How to load hot-lube in reservoir?

I use an RCBS LM2 for sizing and lubing.  When its reservoir is depleted I heat the new lube on the grill and pour it in, being careful not to overfill.  The pouring of hot lube is messy and the wait for the LM2 to chill to ambient is long.  Any suggestions?

  A electric coffee pot works great and pours pretty good as well. You can usually pick one up at a yard-sale for a few bucks. When through using it just cut it off until next time. forgive the simplified explanation but, I figured someone would want to know how to clean it. lol

Ive got a 2 cup pyrodex measuring cup that i keep lube in. I heat it in the microwave fill my sizer add some more lube to the cup stick it back in the microwave and after let everything cool. If your in a big hurry to start sizing again either dont wait till its completely empty. Fill in when its about 1/3 full or if your real desperate take a cold pack and wrap it around the reservior

+1 on Lloyd Smale's post. I heat it in a pyrex measuring cup in an oven set at 200 degrees for a few minutes, then pour it into my Star sizer. Wait a few more minutes for it to set up, then go to work.

Make yourself some lube stick moulds from PVC pipe & dowels. Make all the sticks you want, and top up the sizer as desired.

problem with using sticks and the reason most of us melt it in is trapped air. Its agravating to size bullets and have air pockets in your lube and have to run bullets through twice to lube them completely.

  There is one more good reason to melt lube and pour into your sizer.  If you purchase solid sticks you get a fair amount more lube for the same penny, and a penny saved is a penny earned.

  A very important advantage of using the warmer on a coffee maker is that they heat almost to but never over the boiling point of water.  Figgure 200 deg, which won't make the lube smoke or burst into flame if you forget it for a while.  So set it on the warmer a while before you think you'll need it and when the luber quits, pour in new lube.

  Now a second reason for not overheating the lube.  You don't have to wait to go back to lubing.  The sizer will chill it before you can get the pressure piston all the way home.  You might have to crank it down with a bit less force, but you don't have to wait to go back to sizing. 
  Different story if you get the lube up to 300 400 degrees, which is easy in microwave, grill, range or whatever.

I just use a Lyman heater-plate under my RCBS Lubamatic-2, that is controlled by an adjustable rehostat I bought from Harbor Freight.   I put a new stick in, turn up the heat to melt, turn the heat down to keep it consitent, and don't worry about messing stuff up.
