Yea not too much damage to the house.  The gate dorrs on the garage need to be rehung and the freezer and drink fridge in the mud room need to be replaced but the house is in good shape and no other damage,  New flood water mark in the elevator shaft (yes there is a small elevator in the house.  Parents built it for their retirement and it was at the time when my grandfather needed a scooter at 92 years old and since the house is on stilts...  They left and went to Kinston for the night and had power back on the next day.
How did you fare?

We made out pretty good, just alot of tree limbs down and a few uprooted trees. Have friends on both sides of the pamlico river that lost everything. Jerry
