  Maybe it's time to move out?
Two Venetian parents say it's time their 41-year-old son to flew the coop. The unidentified husband and wife have turned to Italy’s legal system to evict their adult son, Italy Magazine reports.
The father’s reasoning behind giving his son the boot is that the situation is becoming too stressful -- and makes his wife sick.
"He demands that his clothes be washed and ironed and his meals prepared. He really has no intention of leaving," the father said.
The family enlisted the help of a lawyer from the consumer association Adico, who sent a letter to the son requesting that he vacate the parent’s home within six days or face legal action.
The parents say their son has a job that affords him to live on his own, but that he prefers the convenience of his childhood home.
If the son does not move out, Adico will petition the court to grant the parents an order of protection against their own son.
Lawyers from Adico recently convinced another adult son to leave the home of his parents, who promptly changed the locks, Italy Magazine reports.

well he is 41?im guessing they have allowed this to go on for about 20 yrs? why they wanting out now? they made him this way.

HEH, yep, they sure did. A bit late for parental supervision. I know a family, Mom and Dad are about 80 years old, Dad in bad physical shape, Mom not far behind. Son is in his mid 50s, daughter 61, neither married. Both come over for supper every evening that Mom cooks for them. Growing up if the kids didn't LIKE what mom fixed for supper she would fix them another meal. YEP, parents created them. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

i was reading a article the other day and seems like in certain euro countries, its common for kids to stay at home way up in their 20's and 30's.unemployment is so rampant that they really dont have a choice.but this guy has a job. maybe momma made it a lil to comfortable for him?

One of my brothers was 30 when Dad changed the locks.  Mom wanted a key for him, Dad refused (that was a battle royal, but Dad won).  Told the boy he had one shot to get everything out.  Anything left was going to the dump tomorrow.  Boy moved out, and was married two months later.

16 years later My brother and his wife got divorced.  He moved back in with Mom and Dad.  That only lasted two weeks.  Mom gave him the boot this time.
