Who is making Marlins scope on the X7 rifle combo

 So i was in a shop yesterday and was thinking about the wife when i was looking over their marlin bolt actions, one was the factory combo in 243.. And that is the caliber i am wanting to get her into. But i could not help but notice the light gathering and clarity of the unmarked scope on this rifle package.
 
 What I was hoping to find out is if anyone knows who is making their scope for Marlins rifle packages,    Boys it surprised me and in a good way .
 
 So lets hear it , whats the rumors ?

Likely the same maker as the scopes Remington puts on Remington and H&R firearms, I asked the Marlin/H&R  brand manager the same question a couple years ago, he wouldn't say who makes them tho, just they're made offshore which means the Philippines or more likely China.

Tim , I thought i recalled you posting about their origins once, but i have slept since then... And you never know what has leaked since that time
 
 Also I went to a shop that is a little out of my way today and he had the new Marlin XS7VH in 308 for $309.00 yeah I was drooling, then I noticed the NRA mini 14 ( used in great cond. ) for $450.00 and last but not least the S&W M&P15 in 5.45x39 for $650.00 , Yeah its official I will stopping there before I make a new purchase first haha
