Anybody working with cast bullet loads for their .35 Whelan Handi? Gonna play with 200 and 250gr. Found one suggestion for 35gr 4227. Gonna try some Trailboss just for grins. Got any good suggestions or references? My books are just too darn old. Goatwhiskers

I havent checked my books, but that much 4227 seems high to me for typical cast bullet shooting (ie, max about 1450fps before you start to often need a gas check and/or harder alloys).
