Giuliania didn’t clean up New York. The reduction in crime in New York started about a dozen years after the CIty began making abortions freely available. The overwhelming majoirty of women who took advantage of the free abortions were black and hispanic. New York cleaned up the streets by a process of good old-fashioned eugenics. I've favored abortion for those types of folks forever--and it's never too late.

I remember seeing it in a TV show, or a movie recently where a guy was shot and killed through the peep hole.  Seems like it was a TV show, like Law and Order or one of those types.
 
Anyway, those three needs to swing.  Problem is all the states have outlawed hanging.  I say give them their ten minutes of fame as they stand on the gallows, waiting for the trap to swing.  And telavise it.
