I like things different! ;D So I decided to make a John Deere Contender. Here are pics of the John Deere Grip. I will add pictures as I progress.





I made a short target forearm and also a longer Schnabel to go with it.








This pic is after first coat of finish.

 You should of made an ebony grip cap shaped like a tractor tire and on the forend make a little muffler come out and up. : )

I had my doubts when just viewing the wood. But after shaping I started to think OK, this is not bad. When some finish hits this wood and the colors pop I believe it's going to look pretty darn nice.
