  Apparently,  B. Hussein just can't help himself..    Looks like he is an idealogue..and can only do as "programmed.
  One would think "once burned..twice wary".  But now, while the Solyndra scandal is starting to build... he's pushing to spend billions more of our tax dollars on risky "green" projects..
