Rifle "Covers"
« on: August 17, 2011, 12:53:31 PM »
I see several posts saying they ordered a "cover" or they were sent "covers" as gifts from Customer Service.

I have checked the Henry Accessories and Gun Parts section of their website and see no "covers".

I'm thinking this "cover" is like a sock or something similar?
How do I order one?
Alan

They're talking about the receiver covers on the rimfire models.  It slips over the actual receiver portion of the gun and is held on by 2 screws.

Henry offers custom engraving of initials, names, etc, etc, up to, I believe 20 characters.  Some order new ones because the original has become scratched, or they just want to try their hand at adding custom touches themselves.

Thanks for the clarification. Mine is a BB H006M so I will just buy a Allen Rifle Sock for it.

Thanks again! :)

Check out the Henry website - there was a youtube video on there of a guy disassembling a Henry .22.  Will be very clear after you watch the video.
