Has anyone actually seen a Sub-2000 in stock?

Can't find one anywhere in 9mm or 40S&W anywhere. Dealers can't even find one through wholesalers.

Not for a long while. I have been trying to find one in .40 that will take G-23 mags. Even tell the dealers to watch GA or GB for me.  I have heard that Kel-Tec manufactures in what could be called limited production runs. Some here, some there, but don't know if thats true. I sure would like to see them increase their manufacturing/production though.

Are we seeing something similar to when the Seecamp pistols were what people just had to have according to gun writers?

I don't care what the gun writers say, I shot a guy's at the range in 9mm and then watched him pack it away in a sac smaller than the average gym bag.

And the ones in Gunbroker are all way over what my local toystire could get one for at Kel-Tec's current listed price. If they make any and sell at current wholesale he can have it in my hands for 312.

Last one I bought I payed 450 for sitting on the dealers shelf.   They are expensive due to supply and demand.

I bought one last June or July, new, in .40 that used the Glock 22 mags.  It was supposed to be for my wife, but she never liked the operating mechanism...kept hanging up in her sleeve.  Sold it around March of this year for more than I paid for it.  Mama is REALLY happy with her new Hi-Point carbine, though, at a much cheaper price.  Those are very common around here.

I've seen 1-2 of the Sub-2K's at my area's larger shows, such as Tyler, TX/Shreveport-Bossier City, LA.  Haven't checked price or condition.

Picked a up Glock version at my LGS a couple of months ago for $300. They always seem to have one in stock.

I picked up one a one of the LGS's in the area.  The LGS in this case is the highest priced one in the immediate area but is normally also the best stocked.  (Go figure, sell it cheaper, sell it faster.)

Anyway, I paid about $400 OTD for a .40 cal Glock mag edition.

I bought the first one I saw. A friend liked it and bought one for his wifes' mothers' day present. She loves it! I haven't seen one in a gun store in several years. They are worth the effort to find though. With the 16" barrel and folding feature, they are a great "behind the seat" carry carbine.

An indoor range in Wichita, KS usually has at least one in stock. Had a 40 recently.

I have bought a couple of those. I shoot them and remember why I sold the last one that action actually hurts my jaw. That being said they are more accurate than I expected. Also how much fun when you are with your buddys who are less knowledgable about firearms and have never seen one. you look like a combination Fonzie and Luke Skywalker

Just a thought if you have a choice the used buyer prefers Glock mags. I had S&W and Baretta mags
and it was always second choice to a buyer

Everyone should have one at some point

Just bought one at B & H gun rack merit island, fl.
I got the one that takes glock 17 mags. Already put
about 50 mags through it, ZERO malfunctions of any
kind, accurate, not crazy about front sight; had to
really lower it to be zero'd at 25 yards. What people
complain about the cheek bounce, dosen't bother
me, just keep in contact and it shoots great.
