Info and Picture, please

Recently, someone was having POI issues and someone else showed a "piechart" of impacts caused by bad grip, flinching and other stuff. I've been cruising loking for it to veiw again and can't seem to find it.
Any of ya'll remember this? If you do, can you redirect me or repost it?
