I have a .17HMR Versa-Pack and as far as I have heard it is an orphan they were to make a 3 bbl combo at one time and may of made a few .This one was purchased at a Cabelas in TX IIRC but to date is the only one seen on this web site. I do not have a .22 VP to check but have a few ? The more I look at this it appears to be stubbed and I wonder do all the VP's look like they were built this way? The breech has a circle around the chamber as shown in pic and just behind where the bbl swell is there is a pin where the bbl goes into the stubb it is counter sunk but this may be for the plastic sight assembly to mate better. Do your .22 VP's look similar? Kurt

That's looks just like the 22 versa barrel I had. It was put together the same way.
