H&R Screw-in Choke Tube Question

Ok, I've confirmed and tested that you can use Mossberg 500 choke tubes as well as the H&R versions. My question is it also says Winchoke system... Is that the same as this?:

I'm hunting for a Cylinder bore version to do some testing with and neither Mossberg or H&R offer a zero constriction tube apparently...
