McDonalds only uses ground meat, so they won't use it.
The chicken McNuggets are trimmings that are glued and pressed.
From what I understand about the meat glue it is a sea weed extract that binds the protiens together. Turning what are meat scraps from pet food to human consumable items and making the butchering houses more profitable.
What scares me is when they take the under layers of the hide and scrap them and add chemicals to make it edible in burgers. This is where the ecoli problems happen when fical matter on the top of the hide gets mixed in. I used to read the listings of burger meat and thought the 40% heart meat was bad till I found out about the hide stuff. And skin is 100% beef.
