Look at the shooting stance of most of these folks. A lot of no training or experience. Funny but serious. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

There are some folks that will never try shooting again. In some case, GOOD !! In others not so much.

I saw some of them in other places.  I think the guys in the lab were shooting a 600 Tyrannosourus.

Alot of that reminds me of Einstien's thoughts on human stupidty, and yeah there are some of those gals that were inline to be gun people that got ran off so whoever could have a laugh.   And the T-rex 600 I have seen before as well and you notice it was a sawed-off bearded guy that took the recoil and rolled with it ;)

Didn't watch much of it, but what I saw were not really mishaps. They were cases where somebody should have given a little instruction before the person was allowed to fire the gun.

I'm not innocent here. A guy at the range wanted to try my .375H&H one day. I knew he was a highly experienced shooter. So I loaded a few rounds for him and handed him the gun. What I should have done instead was give him the gun for some dry firing, then give him a few rounds.

EXACTLY. Most of it was poor or no proper instruction, which is very dangerous. We want to promote  sport shooting and encourage people to try it, not make a video for laughs. Years ago my Cousins wife had an old GF visiting, she was a real man hating libber. We were shooting and Alan asked her if she wanted to try his 45LC Blackhawk, she said NO, in a smart butted way. He said okay, probably just as well, after all, it's a real mans gun. HEH, she INSISTED on shooting it then. We warned her not to stiff arm it but to control the recoil. She wasn't about to listen to a man. HEH, she locked her elbows and it backed her up over 6 ft right into my Uncles waiting arms. POWDERMAN.  ;D ;D

I have a close female friend who is a retired Army Officer.  She is a tiny little lady, who shoots well.  Yet everytime she goes to the range, people are expecting her to do some of these things.  It bugs the heck out of her.  Anyway she is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and stuck at home.  She said she laughed so hard she fell off the sofa.  Her Husband finally made her quite watching, she was laughing so hard.
I'm so glad I was able to bring some joy into her life with these acts of Ineptatude and Stupidity.  Thanks Powderman for posting.  Rog

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.
