Don't think I would spend that kind of money on something that will be under 300' of water if the ice cap predictions come true.  (But I don't have that kind of money anyway.)   ;)

I wonder if the house is still there after the recent heavy weather?
 
If so and if I won the lottery, I'd buy it immediately, as it looks like an ideal site for shooting my cannons, no one close enough to complain about the noise, and plenty of empty water for range safety. Recycling my lead and zinc projectiles may be a bit more of a problem however.
 
Maybe I'll offer to let them keep that cannon in exchange for a discount on the price?  But then who will pay the taxes, which I'm sure are more than I can ever bring in annually.  If anyone wants to fund my adventure there, I'd let you come shoot whenever you want.
