The wife took a call tonight while I was out. The guy claimed to be from Mirosoft/Windows and is calling because someone in our place filed an Error Report and he called to help in fixing the internal problem of our 'puter.
Asked the wife to turn on the 'puter and he would talk her thru the "Fix"
She had her suspicions and frankly isn't that 'puter savvy so she declined. That Dude had the gall to call back and try his luck with me.
I checked with our Phone Co to see where prefix 999 was located and if this was a Toll free No or something nasty.
Nasty it turned out to be.
999 is Guantanamo Bay, once you let those people get into your 'puter, THEY TAKE OVER !!
