Getting ready for next weekend!

Hope blooms eternal in the young and foolish!  I can't wait to get to the farm and check my camera!  This weekend I'm going to walk the section I hunt and look for some more stand sites.  As well as continuing to clean out the property line.
 
I'm going to cut 4wheeler access lanes to different areas also.  Especially the areas furthest from the road.  I found I'm to old to drag a deer very far...  :-\
 
Darn Ben, I'm sorry you have to hunt public land this year.   :-\  I'd haul you down to Bacon County if I could, but we got some things to work out first.

My boss has 4 tracts of land leased, and when the rut is over he will let me hunt some of them.  He gets upset when I shoot does.  I guess I just hates wimmen deer, but they sure taste good!
 
I also have a tract in Heard Co. I can hunt, but I haven't had time to meet the owner and find the boundaries.
 
I've got a scout hike this Sat. so that kills that again.
 
I'll get through with this scout stuff for the most part when my grandson moves over to boy scouts from webelos......
