Anyone in the philadelphia area and looking for a 22-250 dicks at Franklin Mills has one with the camo stock on sale for $180 and I did not notice but it may have been a heavy barrel if they even made the heavy for that one.   My dad picked up the 308.   From others experience is the 308 heavy barrel a shooter?

i went to dicks here in layton utah ask the guy at the counter have any handy rifles he said no i said what are those right up there da i guess we do have some my wife started laughing he really felt dumb haven't been there since.bad as w mart :o

Origional, YES,
 Usually the stiff short HB survivor handi barrels are shooters, BUT each barrel is its own "person" with likes and dislikes... shoot it and good luck.
