Bubby's First Custom Contender!

I give my grandson Charles Brady (Bubby) his first custom build. It sports a 10" tapered MGM 22LR. barrel, custom youth size grip set made by me (Poppy). Pretty nice SP for a five year old. When spring gets here gun safety and shooting will begin. The Burris scope will soon be replaced with a Red Dot sight.

Congratulations Bubby. That is a fine looking Contender. You have a really great grandpa there!

Very very nice!  I can just see you shootin bullseyes, pop cans and maybe even eggs....I'm sure Poppy will provide lots of targets for you.  You sure have a great grampa there.

DAve,Yer one heck of a guy.... Thats how I would start em too.    My little guy-8- shoots a 700 adl 30-06 safety first too.

Thats a real nice setup David, the blue gray on the SS Contender looks good.  Your little buddy will be a good shooter, Happy New Year
